Disconnect Google from Luxa
- Sign in to Luxa Studio.
- Open Luxa Office Settings.
- Find “Connected Google account.”
- Select “Disconnect and revoke,” review the explanation, and confirm.
What this does: Luxa asks Google to revoke the authorization, deletes Luxa’s stored Google connection, and deletes the encrypted access and refresh tokens associated with that connection.
What this does not do: It does not delete Gmail messages, original Google Drive files, or copies the user previously chose to import into Luxa.
Revoke Luxa directly from Google
A user may also open Google Account third-party connections, select Luxa Studio, and remove access. If Luxa later reports that the connection has expired, reconnect or use the Luxa disconnect control to clear the local connection record.
Delete an imported Drive file or Gmail attachment
When a user explicitly imports Google content, Luxa creates a separate private copy. Delete that copy from LuxaDrive, the Asset Library, or the project location where it was saved. Removing a Luxa copy does not delete the original Google Drive file or Gmail attachment.
If a copied file exists in multiple Luxa projects or workspaces, remove each intended copy or request assistance using the contact below.
Request account or Google-derived data deletion
Send a request from the email address associated with the Luxa account to elijahisrael@luxastudiocos.net with the subject “Luxa Data Deletion Request.”
Include:
- The Luxa account email.
- Whether the request covers the Google connection, imported Google files, the full Luxa account, or a specific workspace.
- Enough information to identify the relevant project or workspace without sending passwords or OAuth credentials.
Luxa may request reasonable identity verification. Verified requests will be processed within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law or limited information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
Important safety note
Never email a password, Google authorization code, OAuth token, private API key, payment-card number, or other secret. Luxa support does not need those values to process a data request.
